Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

Come float and flow in this beginner/intermediate yoga class on a floating mat (stand up paddleboard). Students will be introduced to paddling and safety and then we will drop anchor for a fun and challenging yoga practice. Students will focus on finding balance of both body and mind through an exploration of asanas (yoga postures) while enjoying the beauty of the outdoors on the Foster City Lagoon.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY; however, participants must be 13+ years old AND be able to swim.
