Taylor robs Crew of tying run with must-see grab

MILWAUKEE — The early offense from both teams on Saturday night in Game 7 of the National League Championship Series gave way to a string of zeros in the middle innings, and the trend continued in the bottom of the fifth with Dodgers left fielder Chris Taylor‘s sensational inning-ending catch, which preserved Los Angeles’ 2-1 lead.

With Lorenzo Cain on second following his two-out double, Christian Yelich lined a laser to left-center field, appearing to have his second extra-base hit of the night.

Taylor ranged to his left, covering 85 feet and reaching up to make the catch before sliding along the warning track, keeping the tying run from scoring.
